Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate any project. This covers initial design time and ensures commitment from both parties.

Payment Schedule: For larger projects, we offer flexible payment plans with milestones. Typically, this would involve:

• 50% deposit upfront

• 25% payment upon approval of initial concepts

• 25% final payment upon project completion and delivery of final files

Payment Methods: We accept payments via:

• Credit/Debit Card (processed securely through our online payment system)

• PayPal

• Bank Transfer (for larger projects)

• Cash (in-person only, if applicable)

Late Payments: Late payments may incur a late fee of $25 per week past the due date.

Project Completion: Final files will be delivered only after full payment has been received.

Refunds: Due to the nature of custom design work, refunds are generally not offered once the project has commenced. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will work with you to ensure you are happy with the final product within the agreed-upon scope of revisions.

Cancellation: If a project is canceled by the client after the initial deposit, the deposit is non-refundable. If canceled after additional payments have been made, a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed up to that point.

Additional Expenses: Any additional expenses incurred during the project, such as stock photos or printing costs, will be billed separately and are the responsibility of the client.
